Your participation in any activity or travel arrangement is voluntary and at your own risk. Each supplier’s policies and terms apply to your travel arrangements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information

  • Reviewing all travel documents (tickets, reservations, confirmations)

  • Verifying passport validity and visa requirements

  • Purchasing appropriate travel insurance

  • Understanding risks associated with international and domestic travel

Curated Horizons Co., LLC, is not responsible for costs incurred due to inaccurate information, missed flights, delayed arrivals, or incomplete travel documentation.

No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee:

  • Availability of accommodations, tours, or flights

  • Pricing, which may change at any time

  • Admission or participation in experiences

  • Safety or performance of third-party services

All recommendations and itineraries are curated based on best information available at the time of planning.

Payments & Fees

All service fees for itinerary design, concierge packages, or membership programs are:

  • Clearly stated in proposals

  • Non-refundable once work begins

  • Separate from travel costs paid to third-party vendors

Service fees and package pricing are subject to change at any time.

Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation and documented in your Service Agreement.
